Do not waste your time!!! They are the scummiest moving company I’ve ever dealt with. They set one price up with you to get your business but then subcontract out on move day and allow the subcontractors to charge whatever they want! The worst part was I was not told of any adjusted prices when they loaded everything up and it wasn’t until it was time for them to unload that they demanded payment and tried to charge me double than what I was originally agreed!

Let's start with the only good part - they showed up early. To move 2 apartments into a house, we were quoted $1200 and 3 hours. Seemed a little off time wise,but no clue how many people were being sent. Day of - 4 people show up, 1 dolly. They took more than the 3 hours just loading up 1 apartment, and to "speed up" used 2 of OUR dollies. They charge you for about 5 breaks... cause the 3 hours turned into 11. Our $1200 quote somehow turned into $3100 and then asked for a CASH tip. HAH!
Didn't choose this company because I got A better quote else where. When Justin called me he was rude kept saying "Nice, you got Kijiji movers." He was argumentative and not professional at all. …
I would not recommend this company. I recently hired this company for my move and I provided all relevant information about the house including contents in the house, I specifically requested for their biggest truck to avoid any issues. Long story short, they were not able to move all the contents and when I called their customer service number, the agent committed to speaking to their supervisor and resolving this issue and it's been over 7 days and I have not received a callback.
I’ve been on the phone with them for one day and my quote which was $555, after 24 hours was raised to nearly a grand. I was told they would not do my move unless I paid for 2 more movers. I wasn’t even moving that much or very far.
Just got off the phone to request a quote and the person I spoke to was ignorant and didn’t really have interest in my business. First time I’ve ever written a review, goes to show my distaste for the way I was treated.

I've hired moving companies eight times over the years, and this was easily the best experience I've had. The communication beforehand was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was how carefully the movers handled my belongings.I have quite a bit of valuable antique furniture, so I was nervous about how everything would be treated.Jason and Francis were incredibly careful from the moment they started.
