Claude and his friend moved my place this morning, fine time until he had to bring his personal life into a business matter. Unprofessional comments and VERY rude remarks regarding cannabis use. “Old man is a pot head eh” for my father who …
Was my mover, gave me a great quote within short notice for moving within my budget, knowing my financial circumstances were slim. Claude is the guy that always makes an effort to make time to help if he can. He made me day 10x easier, and even with some minor trouble during the move, he made sure he was there when I needed him..
Got the job done but I wouldn’t recommend. I was initially given one quote before the move and then the rate went up on the day of the move without explanation. My glass furniture was not wrapped with anything even after I offered bubble …
Moving houses is often stressful, but my recent experience with Helping Hands transformed what should have been a straightforward process into an absolute nightmare. This review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering hiring …
Incredibly unprofessional and just blatantly rude to potential customers. Wouldn’t recommend even if you’re strapped for cash.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Highly recommend Helping Hands Movers, from start to finish. Claude came for a site visit 2 months prior to the move date and gave us a written quote that was very reasonable. On moving date I received a call 15 minutes before the required time from the movers saying that they were on there way, arrived right on the time that was agreed to.
Ty for your kind review so grateful for our guys glad everything went smoothly
Showed up exactly on time, and went over and above to help me move a fridge through a very complicated stairway. Thanks, guys!
I can’t say enough awesome things about Claude and his team at helping hands movers. We were given a quote for our move and it came under our quote. We had a very large move and it was broken up over 2 days at 10 hours each. The first day we had Ron, Luke and Drew. These guys were so nice and very professional and they worked like crazy. I can’t say enough great things about this team. On day 2 we had Ron, Tony and Zach and they were just as awesome as the team on day 1.
Thank you for the kind review I’m glad everything went as planned we are so grateful to have such an awesome team
My dad and I just recently moved to a much smaller place. I got a response pretty quick! They did such an amazing job! It didn’t take them long to bring our stuff into the truck an into our new place. We have a big L shaped couch, the doorway to our new place was reallllllll tight. With taking off the front door they got that huge couch inside. We were very very impressed! Will definitely message them again in the future for our next move!
