Overcharged me 1 months rent taking payment over the phone. Then when my wife went to return the fob, charged another extra month. Paid 4 months, got 2. Tried going in on weekends to get a refund, but the dad was working and said he couldn’t do it. Agreed one was owed and said his daughter isn’t organized at all. Don’t know what everyone else on here is talking about when it comes to respect.

Newcastle Storage has been a life saver for me for the last six months. If anyone has ever had to downsize a four bedroom house with 35 years worth of stuff and had delays in moving into the new address, or issues like that will understand. Very understanding and Friendly Folks that run the place…..really care and understand that sometimes storing stuff is as important as moving into your new place. You just need the place to put the stuff until you can move it in or get it to the dump.
●HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ● This storage facility is amazing! Denise the owner is incredible! It is so well run, secure and safe, clean and professional! I cannot say enough about the friendly people that run it. If you need a storage unit for your belongings check this out as they are so helpful and also extremely understanding.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff provided excellent customer service, and the whole process was simple and hassle-free. I had no issues during my time renting a unit and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.
You couldn't ask for better service. Best pricing in the area by quite a bit. They don't charge hidden fees/lock fees, etc. I needed unit in a rush back in April. They worked hard to accommodate me. I would recommend Newcastle Storage to anyone. Thanks guys.
