Beware: This company is super shady and goes by different names. I booked a company called Ecoway Movers but when they showed up to my house their truck said Get Movers. I questioned them about this and they just said "it's the same company". That seemed weird to me. Overall this company is terrible and I would never recommend them and suggest others avoid them at all costs. They charge by the hour so the guys will work slowly and milk that money out of you.
Called for a quotation, The person I spoke to was rude and uninterested. He didn't ask any questions about the move and didn't let me give a lot of information about moving. He directly gave me a quote without even knowing where I'm moving to. When asked for an hourly breakdown he said "I don't have time for this" I was really surprised by this after seeing all the good reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND their service
Edit: I forgot to mention they did not take everything due to the small truck size which made us have to travel a few times back and forth to complete the move. A lower than average moving experience. We had packed everything properly, so they did not need to pack anything, and it took 6 hours to move from a 2+1 br condo to a house two blocks away in GTA.They sent a small truck, our stuff had to be squeezed in and it made the move much slower than anticipated.
They will take long to pack up your stuff chit chat and move slowly during the process we even had to help them move stuff out. They had no technique how to move bulky furniture out and gave up quickly like what I’m I suppose to do leave my bed frame behind? This company preaches professional movers but these guys are clueless and lazy. When we finally got to the new place it was almost 5 and that was their cut off time so they just started putting our stuff right there in the living area.
We used this company for our moving. Even though I mentioned that we have limited stuff, the truck was so huge, took the pedestrian pathway. After loading our stuff, they noticed the lift of the truck was broken and they couldn't close the …

With all the stairs involved, they had to make several trips up and down while carrying furniture and boxes, but they kept a steady pace the whole time.What surprised me was how efficiently everything was handled.

Every time I had a question or needed an update, the response was quick and helpful, which gave me a lot more confidence as plans kept shifting. On moving day, Aaron and Matheo wasted no time. The larger furniture pieces were moved much faster than I expected, and before long they were asking what else needed to be taken because they were already ahead of schedule.
