ENGLISH I am sharing my personal experience with this company regarding an international household goods shipment. The full container load (FCL) arrived open, items were missing, and several boxes were damaged. The shipment also experienced significant delays, and I had to intervene personally to resolve customs clearance issues. Despite multiple formal attempts to obtain assistance or clarification through emails, messages, and phone calls, I received no substantive response.
Hired them to pack our uhaul and barely could communicate with us. We told them everything had to go and the literally threw our belongings in and left half of our house untouched.. We were moving out of state and needed everything. We told them before they showed up that we had heavy furniture and they seemed to have trouble picking up our couch to the point they left it because they thought it was too heavy.
Completely dissatisfied with the level of responsibility shown, they sent me a move from Miami to Virginia Beach. They subcontracted it and washed their hands of the matter. The contractor failed to deliver the load to the agreed (and paid) location. I had to rent a truck to pick up my belongings. Zero support from Global Movers.
These people work with GLOBAL of Venezuela... I had a terrible experience. The consolidated shipment containing my belongings from Caracas to Miami arrived after a year... not to mention that I had to pay over $2,500 for port fees, customs, storage, and export permits for paintings and artwork that they didn't even open to check if I had any stolen or valuable pieces. After so many emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages, Ms. Zenaida didn't even bother to reply on the last day. Ms.
I would NOT recommend Global Movers and Relocators. They left the job unfinished and did not resolve the issue!! The contract stated clearly that everything would be assembled. They left one piece of furniture disassembled and claimed they could not do it but would recommend a handy man. I wanted to note that this piece of furniture had been assembled by two other moving companies before (when we had previously moved)!
They are polite and they reply to your messages until you pay, then they just wash their hands. They may be good in local relocations within the US but I do not recommend to use them for international ones. I’m yet to receive my container and local agent is asking for charges that were never mentioned in the quotation. As well, when asking for destination charges breakdown they simply ignore the message. Avoid them if you don’t want headaches. Absolutely not a stress free company, not recommended at all.
PLEASE NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hire this company for my move to Spain. They charged me for an insurance they could never provide proof of. Items broken and many things missing (e.g. not one single pair of winter shoes, headphones, etc.). The crew that went to my house included an undocumented colombian girl just arrived in the US. She was packing my room with her brother where my headphones dissapeared.

Jimmy and his crew arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were incredibly efficient, carefully unloading everything from the moving truck and placing each piece exactly where I wanted it. Despite having some heavy furniture, they handled everything with care and expertise. The team was respectful of my property, being mindful of door frames and walls. Not a single scratch or ding occurred during the entire unloading process.

Global Movers Relocators were contracted by another company to handle the packout for our international move from Florida to Australia, and we couldn't have been happier with how it went. We used GMR for an international move. Everything, from the estimate to the coordination and the move itself, was excellent.
