These people who work here are not professional; the service is terrible. Be careful when you move. They'll open your moving boxes and steal your belongings. I realized it while talking to the people who moved before me; they had stolen a woman's purse. I saw it when I told my coworker, "Look what I packed for my wife," and the other one said, "You always keep something for yourself." It's a shame this company hires people who are completely unprofessional.
Horrible experience. Photos can tell how unprofessional they are. I have been contacting them for reimbursement for damaged items. Still No response/solution after 3 months!!!
Worst movers ever, and believe me, I have moved several times because of our jobs. They broke several things, mirror (an antique that it will be hard to find), furniture, tables, floor, etc . I specially gave them a bag with parts of my bunk bed that was needed in order to get it up and they lost it, so now I can not use the beds as bunk beds. They also lost a part of my patio umbrella so I can not use it anymore, they lost and broke so many things...

The worst moving experience I've ever had. If you're looking for professionals, this isn't the place. If you're looking for quality service, this isn't the place. Mr. Eric got offended because we had 20 extra boxes in the agreed-upon list. But he's not ashamed that I included a small family room table in the description, which they didn't take because it wouldn't fit in the truck! How ironic! Mr. Eric tells us to leave his workers alone because they're tired and not to hover over them.

Just had the worst experience hiring the services of Quintero Moving Company. First of all, I have in writing all the services that was promised and quoted by the company to be delivered, like wrapping, disassemble and assemble of furniture and the deliver at 3 different locations, that's what we agreed and what I paid for. On the day of the moving the very first call was to inform me that my ceiling lamp was not going to be removed as they didn't touch anything related to an electric component.
Unfortunately, we couldn't reach an agreement because you weren't clear in describing the service you needed from the beginning. When you said "lamp," you didn't specify that it was a ceiling lamp because we don't remove anything from the ceiling or mount anything on the wall; we ONLY MOVE…
-------Spanish (English below) The only good thing about these people is the lady who answers the phone; she's incredibly kind and helpful. When they moved me, the truck drivers loaded my things and went to lunch without saying a word. I was waiting for them, and an hour later they showed up with my belongings. On top of that, they complained because the things had to be carried upstairs; they wanted to leave everything downstairs (they left more than half downstairs).
Ms. Andreina, first of all, the boys did call you more than twice to let you know they were going to stop to buy something to eat, and you had no cell service. You let them know that your belongings were going to your garage because your upstairs wasn't finished.
This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. This company has absolutely no professionalism. Therefore, anyone considering hiring them should think twice before doing so, or risk having some of their most valuable items damaged. They'll also be dealing with a company (if you can even call it that) that completely ignores the issue, disregards calls, and dismisses a perfectly legitimate complaint made without any ill intent.
The worst experience of my life... I hired this company twice in one week, and just because I was a few boxes off in the order, the owner called me yelling in a super arrogant manner, completely unprofessional and with absolutely no regard for the customer who, I repeat, hired him twice in the same week without even knowing him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Look for other options.
Mr. Mendez, please excuse any inconvenience, but what you're saying isn't entirely accurate. Let me explain how we work. As you know, the client must confirm their move at least one day in advance, as you did with your first move, which was taken to storage.

Great and fast company to use for moving. Very professional, friendly, clean looking and knowledgeable of the business. On time as contracted. Handled everything very careful. I had no damages to the things being taken nor in any of the 2 properties leaving and arriving. They use a 40 ft truck so there is enough space. All 4 guys, Rene, Alexi, Ernesto, and Douglas were on top of everything and communication between them good in order to get everything done.

I want to congratulate this great company for the excellent work they do every day with moving services in this beautiful city. But above all, I want to share a personal experience. I had the misfortune of having one of my televisions damaged, even though I had signed a document assuming responsibility for the transport and any damage. They, with the utmost seriousness and speed, immediately replaced my television today, even with a larger 86-inch model.

Today I had an excellent experience with Quintero Moving and I really feel I should share it. I contacted them the same day, at the last minute, because the person I had originally coordinated with let me down with the truck. I was quite worried, but to my surprise, they responded almost immediately. In less than two hours, I had a response and a clear quote. The truck even arrived 10 minutes early, which gave me a lot of confidence from the start.

Excellent service. I have absolutely no complaints. After a thorough search to find a moving company I could trust, if I had to move again, I would choose Quinteros Delivery without hesitation. The team was very punctual and quickly organized the packing of all the furniture that needed to be moved. They took care of disassembling the furniture at the pickup point and reassembling it at the destination, and even made a stop along the way to drop off some items.
