I previously left a detailed review about my experience with Online Movers & Storage. Since then, the situation has gotten worse — and you should know this before trusting them with your property. After my initial complaint, I escalated the matter to the Better Business Bureau. Through that process, the company agreed to a $1,200 settlement to compensate for the items they lost during my move. Based on that agreement, I withdrew my BBB complaint in good faith. They never paid.
We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you encountered with our service. Your feedback about the missing items and our claims process is concerning, and we take such matters very seriously. We are committed to accountability and will investigate your case further.
Terrible company workers are very disrespectful blocks up the entrance to the building to your vehicle hold the elevator up , then they are very careless with people stuff but the smoking in the stairwells tops it off I have kids that have to inhale the smoke when passing through

Really they got 4 and 5 stars, were they paid customers or talking about different company. Because my experience with them wasn’t even a 1 star. When I read the bad reviews I told the agent about what I read and was told they could be fake customers who were defaming them. And he tried to be extremely helpful and Got me a good rate only to find out that they are liars. In my contract I had 68 boxes medium and large sizes with a desk and 2 side table and 2 lamps.
HORRIBLE MOVERS. They promised to wrap my furniture. They did not! They chipped my expensive chair. They take no responsibility! Their rep Sandy made comments such as "you just don't want to pay" when I said I should not have to pay considering the cost of the deductible for the insurance I paid for would be way more than the cost of the move. So she believes I should pay for insurance, I should pay for deductible and I should pay for their service when they did NOT do their job as promised.

I scheduled a phone consultation for 5:00pm and they called at 3pm while at work so I couldn’t not answered.They called the next day and asked me to send a video with the things that needed to move but I never received a quote . Two days after Carlos call to apologize that the video that I sent got lost so he asked for me to resend so when I refused he called the next day to said that they found my videos. Irresponsible people, they don’t know what they doing. Don’t waste your time.

Former client . First no alarm or security in warehouse also workers very unprofessional didn’t have material to pack correctly. They even tried to keep my items. I tried talking to someone but nobody speaks English.
FALSE information! We encourage google to report this ! This person was on a trial period working for the Company for 3 weeks, He started on Dec 1st 2022. We are going to support this with employment contract, text messages, video footage.
phone system to call in for quotes is terrible. I tried calling 3 times and was taken through an endless loop with automated prompts that go back to automated prompts. I'll take my business elsewhere.
