The worst service ever! First, the owner hire his friend whom seemed to have a disability. He fought with the guy the entire time. So much so they made such an incredible scene, we were so embarrassed. They were so incredibly rude to individuals that work at the complex and to make matters worse, the owners used derogatory words against the individual he hired, whom then quit on the spot and rightfully so. This company was a total embarrassment.
Very disappointing experience. The movers arrived late, handled my items carelessly, and caused noticeable damage to my furniture. The final cost was much higher than the original estimate with surprise fees added. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this company.

My experience with the owner Tay was extremely distressing; he verbally assaulted me in front of his children due to a 20-minute delay in my fiancé's payment. This delay occurred because our bank had temporarily restricted our account after multiple transactions during our move. Although it took only a short time to resolve the issue, the owner escalated the situation by calling the police to our new address and refused to move his truck from my driveway, preventing me from accessing my garage even after payment.
THE MOST HORRIBLE experience with movers I’ve ever had. Owner broke my TV then cursed at once confronted. Extremely unprofessional, has absolutely no business running a company, AT ALL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time using this company, and once again they exceeded my expectations! The team was professional, friendly, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care from start to finish. Moving can be incredibly stressful, especially moving to a third floor but they made the entire process smooth and efficient. They worked hard, stayed organized, and even helped make sure everything was placed where I wanted it in my new apartment.

I’ve had several movers before this company by far is the best! Communication…excellent! Attention to detail…excellent! Most of all they were extra careful and communicated with each other to ensure everything went smoothly. They took me from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom home putting my things in the correct rooms in 2hrs!!!! I’m so happy with them I’m hiring them to mount my TVs. Don't forget they offer unboxing as well.

The guys were wonderful. The communication from booking to moving day was top tier. I can tell they were handling my things with care. Trustworthy too, the process was super smooth. They disassembled and reassembled my things and set them up properly. They moved my 1bedroom apartment and completed the job within 2hrs. 10/10 I recommend Grab and Go Movers LLC!!
