Scheduled with USA Family Moving to do my move that was estimated to take 6 hours with 3 men, but actually took over 7.5 hours for an incomplete job and missing items. The move was scheduled to start at 1pm , but instead the crew arrived at 5:15pm after working all day on another move. This crew, not the original assigned one, was extremely tired having just completed another job with no time to rest in between.
I had to move just a few items: 1 sofa sleeper, 1 bike, 1 oversized chair, 1 rug, 1 qn metal bed with bxspr and mattress and 1 TV stand (no boxes, no fragile items). The new place was 15 minutes from each other. 20 in heavy traffic. The movers had an elevator down from the 5th floor and NO elevator needed for the new apartment. Why'd I get charged $700 for this? That could have been done in 2 hours but took 3 almost 4? I got scammed.
UPDATE: After receiving a voicemail from the company, I called back and no one answered. I left a voicemail but my calls were not returned. Poor service and poor customer support. …

Joseph, Michael, and Tyler were my movers. They did a GREAT JOB. I unfortunately have a foot injury so I wasn't able to help much with the move but these guy 100% took care of me. They were very pleasant, professional, and extremely efficient!!! 10/10 experience and if I had to move again (hopefully no time soon...) I would 100% want these guys.
