I reviewed this company for being totally dishonest about his estimates and the way Mr. Garcia conduct his business. I put in a honest review and he came back to lie and pretend that my review was dishonest. He moved me back in September 2022. Not only did his respond state that I did not pay him and that I did not honor the business deal that was made with him. Which on delivering my items the drivers stole jewelry and a brand new tablet which I cancelled.

This company moved my home on Saturday, June 13th. My only complaint is that my new leather sectional was cut in 2 places while unpacking it. The owner had already left my home and left his 3 workers to complete the job. I noticed the cuts the evening of Sunday, June 14th as I was putting things away. The owner was contacted immediately and he stated he would call me on Monday, the 15th after 11:30am. I have yet to hear from him.

They showed up almost 2 hours late and took over 10 hours to move my home that was less than 4 miles away. They left their trash everywhere and were not able to move all my items. Just felt like they took their time since they charged by the hour and we still had to move several things ourselves.

👀👀👀 . Mr. William Garcia who says he owns the business doesn’t seems to know how to calculate a job for moving. He is very dishonest and deceitful. I used this company because he was referred to me. And I didn’t search out any other company which was my fault. My price was given to me between $800.00 & a $1,000.00. Upon delivery he insisted for me to pay $1,386.00.. Respectfully I had a $1,000.00 I offered to pay at that time and would pay him the rest in another payment.

They didn't move all the furniture, Broken my mother's jewelry chest, at 2 different times they only moved 1 piece of furniture at a time.

William, the owner and his movers in particular Alejandro, Was magnificent. Everything was properly wrapped with those thick drop cloth and then with that clear cellophane wrap and then secured with rubber bands around the legs of my sofas and chairs they took such care of my furniture. That was a Friday morning, it lasted most of the day then they came back around 9:48 AM Sunday morning and left around 5:30pm hanging up all my TVs and curtain rod, they did everything to my liking, they were awesome.
