Rarely do I write a bad review, nor give a 1 star review. But this is deserved. Grand champion showed up on time and started moving. They employees are kind and personable. But they showed up with out the proper tools to remove the door handles of the refrigerator. After 30 minutes (@125$ a hour) I had to drive up Walmart buy the tools. Then was asked if card or cash. I was then told if I wanted to use a credit card it was a 7 percent fee. I immediately bulked, the government charges 3 percent.
I ordered a couch and barstools from rooms to go scheduled to be delivered between 4:45-5pm. Yasmany and his coworker didn’t show up until 9pm after multiple calls to them. Then they refuse to take the couch off the truck and state it’s because it won’t fit in the elevator and they’re not allowed to go up to my floor through the outdoor staircase. They didn’t even want to attempt to try and see if it could fit. Very rude and snippy.
Was having a piece of artwork delivered by grand Champion movers via Rooms To Go. Tony texted in the morning mentioning that he would be picking up all the orders he had to deliver around noon and we would be his fourth stop. Tony mentioned he would give us an updated ETA and let us know when he is one hour out. Between 1pm & 7:45pm did not hear a word from Tony. Then around 7:50pm he said there’s two stops ahead of us. It’s now 9:45pm and there’s no exact eta when the artwork will be delivered.
Wow is all I can say ... A brand new 800$ couch and 1,000 dollar mattress is now ruined thanks to these people ... My daughter bought her first apartment in January filling it with all new furnishings she picked out brand new but she ended …

Wonderful experience with these movers!! I bought furniture at City Furniture and they gave me the number for Grand Champion Movers. I called them right from the store and they delivered the very next day. They had all my items wrapped over the store’s wrapping. I come from a family that had a moving company, and I can say these guys are top notch! Super friendly, clean, and price was very affordable. Will definitely use again!!
These guys worked until the job was done! They had good communication and let me know that it may be later in the afternoon to evening for the delivery. They let me know when they were on route to my house as well. Tony and Trey were super polite and professional!
