The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 91.7% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jeff and his team were awesome. Quick to respond, fair pricing, professional, and they were super super careful with our belongings and our walls, on a super tricky move with big heavy items and narrow stairs. Would definitely use again.
Thank you so much Michelle! I'm Glad we could help. I take pride in each an every move we do. If there is ever anything else we can do for you give me a call. You are the Best!
We were super impressed by Grasso Family Moving. They moved a full truck load of antiques from our client in Malden to our furniture consignment shop in Canton. We have worked with many many movers over the last 18 years and Grass Family Moving definitely stands out as one of the best! They were extremely conscientious, professional and excellent with communication. A big shout-out for a 5 STAR moving company.
My wife and I recently used Grasso Family Moving for a local move, and I couldn't be more impressed with their level of professionalism and efficiency. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. I would 100% recommend Jeff in his team to anyone, and will certainly utilize his team for our next move!
These movers were amazing! We called other movers days before, but they didn't come. So we called this one at midnight and they came 12 hours later! They packed everything safely, they were friendly, and they had a good price! If we had to move again, we would for sure call this company again.
Thank you so much, I’m glad I was able to come on short notice. It was a pleasure to work for you! If you ever need moving services again call me anytime! … More
