Please do not be misguided by the 5 star review they have maintained here and elsewhere (possibly through a dedicated paid review service). We recently did a inter-state move with them and had a terrible experience - the most unprofessional and careless moving experience ever. Strongly not recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Intelligent Labor and Moving this week - they even made moving fun and exciting! (tall order in Boston). From the moment they arrived, Vinnie and his team were cheerful, professional, and *very* competent. My apartment wasn't a huge move, but did involve going up three flights of stairs, only moving some things out of the apartment because other roommates were staying, dis/reassembling furniture, and carting things down to a basement.

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were very easy to work with, responsive, clear, and great attention to detail. The team showed up on time and ready to work. It was a 100 degrees and they powered through. Well done, I would hire them again.

I was shocked at the level of service that I received. They were less expensive than a well-known service, so I wasn't expecting the moving guys to go to the length that they did, all the while staying on schedule. Some highlights include their preparation of furniture that I hadn't fully, to ensure that it survived the move without a scratch.
It our was our pleasure! I will pass your kind words along to the team. We know once the guys show up and start prepping and running items out to the truck that our customers will be more at ease with their move upon seeing our process first hand.
Ours was an all furniture move. I was given Intelligent’s contact by another moving company who couldn’t do my move as they were booked out on the day I requested. Called Intelligent’s office and spoke to Mike who asked for itemized details of the furniture which his boss calculated and arrived at a range of the estimated cost. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest but it was a fair price and they were able to accommodate my date, luckily.
