The first move was great, the second not so much. Zack did not join the move instead sending two inexperienced movers or two who didn’t care what they did with my furniture. Time schedule changed, they were late & showed up with a van not a truck, then proceeded to shove all they could so they wouldn’t have to make Two trips which ended up happening anyway.
Terrible service, and to begin with they give you a very low estimate and in the end it turns out an estimate of many additional hours and that is nothing, they ruined my bedding set that cost me more than $15,000 and they were not worthy of solving anything. POOR SERVICE!!!

Zack was responsive and a good communicator. The movers were respectful, on time, efficient and careful with all of our things with a move from the Boston area to northern Maine. They also moved some furniture to a 2nd floor when I had originally asked for a 1st floor to 1st floor move. They went above and beyond as well - moved one heavy piece of equipment to another location (3 minutes away) for us. Very reasonable price - lower than 2 other companies.
Today, the day before the holiday weekend, I booked 2 men and a truck for moving my storage across from Malden to Newton. I thought it would be hard to get, and expensive, But I was pleasantly surprised when the two guys were there early,as I was! We loaded really quickly and carefully. It was raining! I had misplaced my car keys IN My Car! They were patient, tried to help. I called AAA and they shared songs with me, patiently drove me to a nearby bank.
I loved the work how guys worked moving my 2 bedroom apartment. Crew showed up on time and wrapped up everything properly. The only thing that I wondered was my china cabinet but they wrapped it with blankets and delivered securely. Thank you for everything Damon and AK. I will definitely use your service again for my next moving needs.

I highly recommend Move Mate. I used the company this week. They answer their phone, respond quickly, were available right away, communication was great, their prices are good, they were friendly, helpful. They arrived on time. They were careful with furniture and the building as they were moving the furniture out. Great Company!
