Great Day Moving

IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had so many issues, that I don't think there is enough space here for me to write it all. Here is a list of SOME of the issues that we had: *The first major issue we had was that they hit the roof of my house with the side of their moving truck, causing damage to the roof and shingles. Not only did they hit my home and cause damage, but they didn’t even mention it to me. Luckily, my wife witnessed it.

Horrible experience! These movers broke all of our dishes, stole from us, damaged our furniture and our house, and refused to bring boxes to the room for which they were labeled. They repeatedly dropped things and showed no respect for our belongings, even those labeled “fragile”. We paid $1,700 and had the worst moving experience of our lives. Afterward, they would not answer calls or reply to dozens of texts and emails to address our issues.

Omg, it was bad. So I recommend not using this company. They damaged a lot of my property such as a very expensive table, my dryer, a few pieces of furniture, the walls of my new house (in multiple places) and most importantly, they didn’t even do the job I hired them to do. I had to spend the entire next day and hundreds of dollars moving my stuff my self, an entire 20 foot uhal of stuff, that didn’t fit in their truck from Tulsa to OKC. I have so many regrets about using them and it was a bad experience.

Moving is a big deal! When you hire a moving company it’s an important decision. it’s really important that they take care of your things and are accountable for any problems that may arise on their end. A reputable mover will do that but this company will ghost you if there’s a problem that THEY created like damage to your home and possessions. This company will dodge you despite their promises. You can call them repeatedly and when they know you are not satisfied they won’t answer or offer any resolution.

BEWARE!!!!! We’ll for starters they stole $400 out of my daughters purse that was in her closet under her backpack! I called the owner Travis and told him and now he won’t answer our calls he’s not taking any responsibility for his employees actions. Shawn, Vic and Noah one of you or maybe all of you are THIEVES!! They rushed the job and packed our pods poorly. I will NEVER recommend theses movers!!!!

Would not hire or recommend this company again. Movers were unkempt, equipment was old and battered, no blankets were used to pad our furniture, no care was taken to place furniture where it belonged, lots of damage to walls and furniture, and overall lack of care taken to prevent soaking all oF our soft items with movers' sweat. I was fairly disgusted by the whole process.

My grandmother was quite dissatisfied with this moving service. Several of her antique pieces were terribly scratched and dented in a move. Customer service did not follow up after they promised to take care of it. Would not recommend.

Do not use this awful company! They are very unprofessional, will damage your property, quote way lower than actual cost, then not communicate with you afterwards. DO NOT HIRE!!!
