Stuff got damaged due to the rat poison they put in units, they made a deal with me to get the items cleaned professionally, but when it came time for them to hold up their end of the deal they refused. Even though I paid for insurance on the unit through them but they didn't want to put a claim through to raise their rates.... Use only if you have to

We make these comments with no malice or prejudice. We are neither angry nor disgruntled. We wish to share our experience honestly. If we had the following info in 2016 we may have rented elsewhere. As a customer with 3 units since 2016 - we moved Sept 1, 2022 - we will say that if you are looking for a garage to store stuff in, then it will meet your needs. Read no further. If, however, you use your units regularly, (we operate a home staging company) we would advise to look elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the Green Storage facility on bales road, and would highly recommend this location for any storage needs - big or small. The process was well coordinated and our rental manager Ali was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was a relatively stressful move but the storage place made it so that everything got transported into the unit in the late evening, and was properly secured throughout the months that it was needed.

I highly recommend you use Green Storage for all your storage needs. I spoke to a lady at this location, and she was very polite and friendly. They followed up on my inquiry about parking at a company. They followed up on my inquiry a few days later, and the customer service was the same as from the Newmarket location. I would highly recommend this business because their staff is very knowledgeable and can suit your needs.
