they snapped the screen off my tv and tried to hide it when proven it was them they offered $75 for a ambilight tv ( original cost $4700) company will take no responsibility for damages they cause, i would not recommend using them
Horrible company. They use the salvation army. A charity. As a garbage for their movers. Extremely rude. If i could give .5 stars . I would.

I am giving this company 1 star. 2 of the guys were great, but the lead man/driver was horrible. This man complained to the point that his fellow worker told him to stop complaining. Overall, It put me in a very awkward position, where I had to walk on egg shells, I felt very uncomfortable as the Lead Mover/Driver was handling my precious items. One year prior - I used Mountain Movers - same Items but 90 km away - it only cost me $3,305 - however, they were already booked.

I called this company a month before my moving date to obtain a quote for moving my furniture from two locations, one being a storage unit, all within their service area. The receptionist, Jan, advised they had the date available for our move. I was told they would schedule a free site visit to the storage unit to make sure everything would fit in one truck. I scheduled the visit a few days after the initial call.

It was the first time I hired them to help us move. For the stuff we have it was always taking 4 to 5 hours to move. I had 42 small box 3 sofa and two queen size bed . I got the estimate of 5 hours from the office and they end up charging me 8.5 hours !!!!! It means double charge and I end up spending $1300 instead to of $650 I'm not happy at all

Do not use this company. It appears that they may be desperate for business as their movers work intentionally slow to increase the amount of time. They further do not take care of your furniture as they are sloppy and break and chip furniture. Their response to any comments or criticism is to demand more money.
I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in our service. Our teams all work hard to complete the moves and are not interested in “stretching “ out a time line unnecessarily as they all have families to get to.
The actual guys who are employed did the heavy lifting and were awesome. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Contract stated 3 movers but 2 showed up, not the first time this has happened to me. I think this is industry standard to take …

Had a great move with 2 men and a truck from the Aurora office. The movers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous and worked non stop loading and unloading our possesssion. They made sure all our items were protected. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently used this company for our first move into our dream home, and let me tell you, they were incredible! Jan called the day before the move to go over all the details, which I thought was a really thoughtful gesture since we had a few stops to make. On the day of the move, three friendly guys named Bailey, William, and Julian arrived, and they were absolutely fantastic!
