I wrote a post about our experience with these movers a month or so ago....seems to have disappeared. Our move was a disaster, plan and simple. A lot of damage to our appliances, golf cart, and other items. I have nothing good to say about our experience with them.
Sorry you was unhappy with the service that was provided we value the customer's feedback to improve on the service I hope us replacing your items with new items would put you back at a fresh start in your new home
I'm just going to tell you objectively what my experience was like and let you decide where you want to use them. They were supposed to be here at 10 am, called 3 times pushing out the time until they arrived at 11:15 am. They came without any tools and had to borrow my screwdriver and drill. The drill wasn't that great, so it took them a long time to take the bedrooms apart. They also took apart the wrong room, which I had told them not to. So, that added time to put back together (they charge hourly).
- Called them up a week before my move date, they gave me a price of $400 to move out a 2 bedroom apartment. - They never sent the contract they said they would send for some reason. - The movers showed up on Saturday at 5pm as agreed. They went up to my apartment and tried to up the price to $650 at the last minute. - I asked why the upcharge if we had agreed on a different price originally. - They told me they would go ask their boss and went back to their truck.

Had an appointment for someone to come out and estimate our moving and no one showed up. After calling they seemed to not care that we had an appointment and that no one called to let us know that no one was coming.
Hello, sorry no one was able to come out today at 10:30 am . We had a move that needed all hands on deck so nobody was able to get to your location on time , we offered to come at a later time today you said no started yelling and getting disrespectful so we ended the call

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Grind Time Movers. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the entire move, and made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free. Their attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic truly stood out. Everything arrived safely, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
So I really liked GT Movers for the price. They’re not getting 5 stars because, the night prior to our move, owner and I agreed to have the movers start an hour earlier than contract time. Evidently movers didn’t get the memo and showed up around contract time. No biggy, except the same number I’d been calling the owner for two weeks wasn’t being answered so I could see where the movers were. Just wish I’d been given a call to let me know they wouldn’t arrive at the time last discussed.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company today. The team was professional, fast, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked nonstop from start to finish and were very respectful of my items and my time. What really stood out was that they even helped with some minor repairs at my new home after unloading, which went above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.
