In their own words
I hired Infinite Moving in early October 2024, to move a small condo contents from central fla to east coast. First thing, Helen was absolutely a STAR, the date changed 3x due to Hurricane(s) and she was always in touch & caring. Finally the day came on 10/16. 80% of everything was boxed & ready to go (except kitchen) which I packed while the two movers, Tevin & Xavier, carried everything else out, no big furniture mostly boxes & misc.
Used this moving company in the past and had no problems except they did not put my bed together. Used this same company again recently and this time my bed was put together but how my furniture was handled I know I will not use this company anymore. My items were left in the middle of a apartment breezeway on the ground, not wrapped especially the pillows to my furniture, just sat in the middle of the walkway where everyone walks instead of taking the items directly to the truck.
Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. They were on their phones texting the entire time while moving. They were over an hour late to start the move. They dropped my fireplace and chipped the side of it completely off. The movers dropped my marble table on its own base. It made a loud noise and one of the guys moving said, "Sorry, my wrist is injured so I can't lift stuff." You were contracted to move my home while injured??
We are so sorry that you had a bad experience. Our movers are not allowed to be in their phones while moving customers furniture or belongings. The one employee that was has been spoken to and reminded of this fact. The fireplace was … More
I had a move on 07/22/2022 which entailed two stops, one at the house and one at the storage unit. The crew arrived on time and started putting things on the truck. The truck was small but I figured that the owner, who quoted me, new better. They were finished in the house after they ran out of space in the truck and I had to leave many things behind. The storage unit was not visited. They billed me for 9 hours and 30 minutes. The original quote with a stop at the storage unit was between 1500 and 1700 dollars.
We are sorry that your move did not go well. The truck was a 26ft full size truck. There are no larger size trucks to deploy in the moving industry unless a semi trailer is used. The estimate was based on the fact that we were told by the … More
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them to move us into our new construction home in late December 2022. I was initially impressed with Helen, the scheduler. She was very professional, answered all of my questions and reassured me …
Paid over 1000 dollars to move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house that took 6 hours for 2 guys to do that everything was set up except the bigger furniture, I stayed in the garage with my dogs so they didn’t get in the way, and when I …
DO NOT use this company!!! We have had very important papers and name brand items come up missing. Our brand new couch was ripped on the end. Never again will I trust someone to move us!

Great experience and great pricing! From the jump the team was efficient and prompt in their communication. Helen, reached out as soon as I submitted a request and she walked me through everything. She was flexible when I had to adjust my …
June 2026 added: We had a really good moving experience (see below review) previously. I am in a surgical boot and recovering and we got a new adjustable bed. Infinite came out, shrink wrapped our old bed and put it in the garage so I can sell it, then assembled the new bed. They even added some cable sleeves over the wires and cables since my cats like to chew on cables. Very happy with the service, the quote, the office staff, the people doing the work, everything. Thanks!
Thank you Don, we greatly appreciate your feedback and are so pleased to hear that all went well. All the best in your new home!!
I highly recommend this company. This was my third, and hopefully my last, move in 18 months. The first two were horrible experiences. Infinite Moving gave me a great quote. Final cost was within the quote they gave which rarely happens. The weekend team of Stefen, Rasheed and Tyler were excellent. Most of my furniture is big and extremely heavy and they handled everything perfectly. No damage whatsoever. They worked very hard, protected everything, worked safely and never just stood around burning up time!
Thank you for such a fabulous review Laura!! I'm so pleased to hear your move went well, moving is awfully stressful. All the best in your new home :)
These guys are awesome! We knew when they were going to be here both because they stuck to the schedule and because of the excellent communication they implement. They work diligently and quickly, exemplified by today’s progress where just two kind movers came, wrapped, and boxed all the fully furnished home’s contents in the time it would take for four men to complete. Additionally, they were trustworthy enough to allow us to run errands while they worked.
