I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility.After discovering water damage in my unit, I had to throw away my TV and several clothing items due to mold. The mold was visible and made the items unsafe to keep. Despite this, my insurance claim was denied because they said they “didn’t see water damage.”Mold does not appear without moisture or water exposure. Expecting customers to keep mold-contaminated items as proof is unrealistic and unsafe.

ZERO stars. I experienced a bait and switch situation on the monthly price. I was ready to sign up but then the price jumped from $77 per month to $110. They were unwilling to make a deal with me as a 100% disability rated Veteran. PASS by this place and go to the next. They don't care about locals wanting to rent storage.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I was moving to Florida and needed a small storage unit for the things that didn’t fit in my apartment. This one SEEMED like it would be a good place for the price and the size of the unit. I also thought it was going to be nice because online it stated there would be a manager there at all times in case I needed assistance. It stated to be a gated storage facility with locks on every door, elevator, and gate. But that was not the case.

Seems as if they are a bait and switch. Originally signed for a monthly price of $75. Ended up paying over $100 EVERY time and the policy with late fees are absolutely ridiculous. There is obvious lack of communication. I don’t recommend renting from this place whatsoever. The prices, the “contract rules”, the lack of safety with the gates and doors constantly being broken. Some of my personal belongings in my storage was also molded and had to throw away. Not somewhere I’d recommend again.

Michaela was very welcoming and friendly from the time I entered the door. I had questions about the size of a unit because I couldn’t tell from the internet how big the units were. She showed me a unit that was a perfect size. After she explained the various pricing and she said she was going to give me a good unit. She did!

Super secure and clean! I love the roof over the loading/unloading area! Best feature is that the unit itself has a MOTION DETECTION LIGHT, so you can actually SEE your stuff!!!! No more using flashlights to sort through boxes to find things! I LOVE this storage facility! Also, there’s BATHROOMS on each floor!!! Yay!

Overall everything is good. Some small issues initially because we are old and new to this kind of stuff. Initial directions were difficult to follow But overall, not a big deal.
