The rising storage prices here might be understandable if the facility were well-maintained, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. One of the elevators has had broken tiles for over six months, showing a clear lack of upkeep and concern for customer safety. Despite paying more, we’re getting less in terms of service and maintenance.
Crazy how this place has gone down hill, we moved in when it opened and the last year has been awful with communication, always different people everytime so there’s no familiarity. We went today and the girl working is outside on speakerphone vaping and yelling. On our way out she’s walking the building PUSHING A BABY IN A STROLLER!! Y’all run a daycare in the back office now? Enough is enough, we rented a U-Haul and will be out this week! So glad A+ opened up the road with a price lock for a year.
If you enjoy getting monthly price increases with little or no communication, this is the place for you. If you expect to not get a response to your questions despite repeated follow-ups, do business with them. …
Since renting the unit 3 years ago the monthly rent has gone up over 40%. It seems they increase the rent to very few months. The facility is very clean and secured.

For a newer storage facility this place is already invested with roaches. It’s not very accommodating for larger moves. Would not recommend

Not worth the price. Especially when the managers can't be bothered to call anyone back. Been here 4 months and our price has raised twice.
They increased the price for my storage unit without any notice. And the employee says it’s because competitors have higher prices.

First thing first I want to say Nicole has amazing customer service. She's sweet funny & nice. She is also very knowledgeable able when it comes to the company and answered all my questions. She definitely sets the vibe as I seen this property go thru a few people already. I been renting here since the property has open and seen the transformation. Nicole is always cleaning, everytime i come here she's in the halls sweeping or outside picking up trash.
