I reached out to schedule a move and spoke to Alex, I sent over photos as requested and then was ghosted, never heard from him again.
Mr. Phil, I understand your frustration, and I apologize for not being able to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, after our initial phone conversation, I did not receive your photos or a follow-up call to confirm the availability and to provide you with a quote in order to schedule your move.
AWFUL customer service! I needed help with a very small move. We agreed on a price and he kept going back-and-forth with me about dates and then randomly messaged me two days prior to drive to my storage unit which was two hours away to meet him just to look at the storage unit?? And then “possibly” Move me the next day and he did not confirm. I could not meet that day and had just lost a family member that week.
Dear Maya, It’s unfortunate that you felt you had to leave a negative review. I spoke to you many times over the last few months and you had a very low budget for the move, which although small, would require a substantial part of a day because of the 2 hour drive each way.

I must say Guru Movers are hands down the BEST moving company in Florida. Alex and his team are professionals and takes pride in their work. After getting a free estimate and a absolutely fair price, which is detailed in a email with no hidden cost. Alex and his team came out secured and wrapped all furniture and boxes. The delivery was exceptional and everything got to it's new location safe with no damage.

Moving is one of the most stressful things you’ll do, but these guys made the entire experience stress free. They moved us from our 4-bedroom house in Coral Springs into a storage unit, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and belongings, handled everything with care, and were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, and they worked hard the entire time.
