The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 8 four and five star reviews we have read for Gus's small moves. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Gus is the one to hire if you're looking for a combination of competitive pricing and complete professionalism. After calling around and getting many quotes, I hired Gus and his crew for an apartment move from Pleasanton to a storage unit in El Cerrito. Three movers showed up on time with a good truck and everything they needed to wrap/protect furniture, and were done in about three hours (packing apartment + hour drive to storage + unload and organize for my access in storage).
I used Gus's small moves many times to move things (furniture and boxes) in and out of my storage facility in Daly City. They were very reliable and responsive and offered reasonable prices.
We just moved to a new home, and hired Gus’ Small Moves to help. Gus and his coworker were SO great! The move went extremely smoothly and they were very efficient. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend using Gus Small moves!!! A company representative responded to my quote inquiry in less than 20 minutes. They were able to accommodate my move with a short notice, the movers were very professional and handled my items as if they were their own!! I’m certain you will not be disappointed if you use this company for your next move!!!
Thank you!! Angela
