My Generator Was Stolen of the truck, three batteries were stolen as well as a new battery swapped for someones old battery, and truck broken in to.

If i could give them a half a start I would. They put my storage on a lean after being late just a couple days of my monthly bill. The staff was all super rude not trying to work with me. As a loyal customer of plus TEN YEARS!! I would expect some support but they did not want to help me at all. I also had never been late on my previous payment ls.

We were given only 21 day notice to remove our bus conversion that was stored on site for 11 plus years. They said they weren't offering rv storage any longer. Not to mention outrageous rent increases and not having to abide by any laws that restrict price gouging. From $180 to $290 then $50 more and 5 months later $380 plus mandatory insurance charge. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AND LET OTHERS KNOW.

My rv got broken into damage you would think that they will have cameras turns out they don’t. I truested this storage to take care of my property they did horrible, they just said “deal with ure insurance “.
I had an unsatisfactory experience with the lady at the front office. I highly do not recommend this place. Consider seeking services elsewhere.

In their own words
We have been storing here for many years. The facility is kept in utmost clean conditions and there is never any thought or concern re pests, moths etc. The onsite management (Flor and Ricky) are friendly, present, knowledgeable and helpful. It feels safe to be there at all operating hours of the day. The other tenants are respectful and nice. And the cool temperatures of Point Richmond keep the temps in the units fairly stable all year with no big swings in heat.
We are so happy to hear that we could accommodate you and provide a smooth rental experience here in Richmond. Thank you so much for choosing us for your storage needs!
Really enjoyed using Storage Pro, local w good sized units and reasonable pricing. Easy in and out and reasonable access hours, love that it is open until 7.

I had a great experience with the manager at Storage Pro. She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood my options. What I appreciated most was that she went out of her way to help me save money instead of just trying to make a sale.
