The rating breakdown
5 of the 46 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for HAUL_lelujah Moving Company are one or two star.

In their own words
We needed last minute movers and I contacted this company and spoke to a nice lady who gave me 2 time slot options and said I could pay cash when the movers arrived. She left it open in case I needed to take the alt time slot as I had to wait for confirmation from my landlord. The day before the move I got a text to confirm but wasn't able to return the call right then. In less than 2 hours they texted that they were cancelling the move.
I purchased 3 hours for an unload and fortunately for me the three movers were done in 1.5. I was told that I should receive the additional hour back and never got. Tried reaching out to the owner with no avail. If you book through MovingHelp (UHaul) they are no help. So I’m out $120. Please note this is not in the lovers as they were treated but the company itself. Also I also tipped an additional $120.
LOOKING FOR RELIABLE MOVERS THEN PLEASE 🙏🏾 LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! I SCHEDULED MOVERS FOR 12PM SO I COULD BE ON THE ROAD FOR MY 6HR DRIVE. THEY SHOWED UP ALMOST 3PM. I pray KARMA MEETS YOU WHERE YOU STAND!!! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS 🌟 I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY . WASTE OF MY TIME I CAN'T GET BACK. IDK IF ITS BLACK OWNED BUT THE MOVERS WERE. AS A BLACK PERSON I TRY TO SUPPORT OTHER BLACK BUSINESSES BUT THIS BS!!!

In their own words
I recently had the pleasure of working with Hallelujah Movers, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous. They arrived on time, worked diligently to load and unload my belongings, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled with care. Their level of helpfulness and attention to detail was truly impressive.
Haul-Lelujah - my heros for the day! I called for some last minute help moving furniture and boxes from inside the house down to the garage storage space, and they were able to accomodate the next day at a fair price. Communication was …
Excellent experience. The guys were fast, efficient, and polite. They worked hard and were careful with my things. It was very hard work and the price could not be better. Will hire them again.
This was the first time we've ever hired movers and it was so worth it! These gentlemen worked so hard from the minute they arrived until every box had been moved. They arrived early and got started immediately, they treated our things with care, and were extremely professional. Spencer is the GOAT and his assistant (I'm so sorry I'm blanking on his name) was up to every task!
