Odd that this place has such high reviews. I've used them twice. Their moving team keeps pressuring me for a higher tip (>20%). It seems they were instructed not to do that, but do anyway. I had a water cooler that melted because one of the movers asked me to grab something from a taller shelf, and it ended up burning the box it was in and melting the cooler. I was flustered but the movers laughed and found it amusing.
I planned to give a 5 but later I am not happy with the way I was treated. 1. When discussing the moving date, the sales didn't talk about time with me. I …

10/10 Highly recommend using Heart Moving! I have used Heart Moving twice and both times they did an amazing job. They even gave me a returning customer discount! Ana and Jane were so great to coordinate with, they helped me with my quotes, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and seamless. The movers were very professional, careful with my items, and worked quickly and efficiently.
After multiple moves over the years in Manhattan, I have finally found a superb company - Heart Moving. From Ana with terrific customer service to the 3 professional, friendly, and punctual movers, all worked out outstanding. Peace of mind, a very fair price, and the care of my goods was unmatched in all my experiences. I would never use any other mover in the city
Wonderful communication, service, time management. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. Seriously, thank you!
This is the best moving company I have ever worked with. The movers were so friendly and incredibly helpful. I’ve moved several times since being in NYC, and I’ve never had such a seamless and wonderful experience. Ana provided white glove treatment when setting up my move. She went above and beyond and checked in with me every single day. I have never experienced such incredible customer service on top of working with such amazing movers.
