Terrible experience. They showed up with an undersized truck. They left and came back 2 hours late outside the window with a box truck. They then stuffed everything in the truck unwrapped. A lot of my furniture was scratched, and the guy Matt on the phone was rude when I sent him pics of the damage. USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! For my money, I’ll hire actual professional movers

I cannot recommend MOVD NYC enough! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Paris and Victor were absolutely the best—such kind, friendly, and professional guys. We had two pickup locations, and they were incredibly efficient and went above and beyond to take great care of all of our belongings. Needed to move from NYC to Absecon, NJ, and was lucky enough to use this company. I worked with Matt, who organized the move effortlessly and handled several last-minute changes without any issues. He was super helpful and im glad I got the chance to work with him The movers were also friendly, professional, and efficient. They loaded everything in about an hour at my NYC apartment and unloaded everything in about an hour at my new place in Absecon.
