The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I'm so thankful to these guys. They worked quickly and communicated well with each other. They had excellent spacial intelligence and were great problem solvers. They were friendly and fairly priced. They got my piano safely to my new house! Couldn't ask for more. Great job.
The Heavy Help moving team did a great job with my out of state move. Furniture pieces were well-wrapped and fragile items were treated with care. I was impressed by the crew's professionalism and glad of the reasonable pricing. Bottom line: this is a team you can trust.
Kate, thank you for your business. You were a pleasure working for.
We highly recommend this company. They were able to get all of our heavy furniture moved without any of it (or the walls) being damaged. This alone is an amazing feat as the house we moved into was not easily moved in to. All furniture had to be carried from the road, over a ditch, down a short 24" landscaping wall, and then up 12 stairs. That just got the furniture to the first floor of the house. A lot of the heavier items had to go up to the 2nd floor. The house having 10' ceilings provided more difficulty.
Randy and his crew moved a 325lb cast iron tub upstairs as well as a 6' double vanity with a granite top. They were professional and got the job done right. Randy was not only concerned with taking care of the pieces that were being moved as well as the house walls and floors but he also made sure his employees were safe and didn't take any unnecessary risks. I definitely would use Heavy Help again.
