Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them for a quote to move and the gentleman asked me for the zip code and I gave it to him he said it was an hour drive. I told him it was a 2 hour drive he got mad and hung the phone up. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
They were two hours late. By that point we had loaded the truck ourselves. Asked for a refund, and they said I would get it.. but never did. And now they ignore all of my messages. DO NOT USE.
The only reason i put 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t available. We contacted them and they were quick to say they were available to move on the day we had scheduled. The initial day they were supposed to be to the house by 10:30 am. Once that time passed and several phone calls later they advised that they were not gonna make it until after 5 pm. We had a conversation and we’re able to reschedule for 3 days later which was the absolute last day that we could do it before we sold the home and had to be out.
I tried to cancel my order and they refused to give me my money back but on there website it say refund the deposit back on the website but they don't be wanting to pay it back to you in when I called the man to cancel he hung and n my face and then going to tell me he on another call with another customer so unprofessional. Everyone don't go with this company at all because wen u try to cancel they will take your money . So be careful when you go with this company.
