This review is a “NON LIBEL” review as it’s based on my own true experience with this company. Dockyard storage associated with U-haul for equipment rentals took advantage of us by unscrupulously adding fuel charges and a CDW to our bill. The vehicle rented was a U-Haul cargo van (16mpg) my wife and I rented for a couple hours which accumulated 10 miles total, from one end of a street to another practically.
I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience when the facility was Dockyard Storage. Saver Self Storage is now the owner of the facility and would love to invite you back as a customer.
I drove a friend to her unit in north Carolina from Georgia to get a few things from her unit. I sat in front of the office from 7am until 9:15am and no one showed up. I have call multiple branches as well as corporate trying to find out why and was given a run around. The sign says 8:30am on the store 8am online and an hr and a half later not a single person has shown up. Ridiculous

If you ever need any storage, this is the place to go. The manager was so nice, so polite, so professional, and so prompt in helping us pick out the right size room for our belongings. The price was perfect for our budget, and the access hours are perfect. The facility is so nice and clean, and very secure.

It was exactly as advertised. Very nice storage units that were clean and dry with no mice or bugs. I will recommend Hickory Saver Storage to all who need it. Hope was always very nice and helpful when I needed assistance. A very pleasurable experience.
