(2021) The asst mgr calls to tell me my trailer was broken into when it wasn't. I drove a 120 mile round trip for no reason. The new owners rental contract is 500 pages long for a simple rv storage spot. The "new" insurance requirement is excessive junk fees. Probably why they "pretend" you are getting broken into so they can "justify" charging you this. And lets not forget the recent rent increases. Not happy at all.

Everything thing was great, all the girls did a great job. Only one issue and I’m sure you can resolve it. I need access to my stuff 24 seven reason being I’ll run a business to 24 seven and emergency service business and your warehouse storage is where I keep my tools so at any given time I may need to come in and get a tool from the storage unit I made that clear whenever I rented a unit I recall the girl told me it would be $10 a month extra. I have . 24 hour access and I told her that would be fine.

I have been here for a year. And was told by new owners that my rate would not go up. I called to make a payment to find out that My rate went up. And when I tried to call somebody on the property it always goes to Ohio to their home place …

Worse storage facility I have ever used. They just kept raising the price because they know you don't want to move your stuff somewhere else.

I just recently started renting my storage unit. The girls in the office are very professional and really nice. I'm disabled and can't walk good so I have to use a rollator to help me get around. The girls in the office scooted a chair closer to the desk for me. And was real accommodating. So far my experience with Valley Storage has been a good one. Update 4/9/26 I feel my belongings are very secure and safe at Valley Storage. The coded gate is assurance for the safety of my unit and belongings.
