Unprofessional in every respect. Damaged several items. Ripped headboard off the wall, drug mattresses across floor, broke castors off furniture, didn’t seem to care, just wanted to move stuff as fast as possible. It appeared one mover was casing my new house and wandering off from the other two. I caught him in a bedroom sitting on a chair on his cell phone. Do not hire this company. You will regret it!

If you really want your property get damaged and waste months of your time trying to get it fixed then you should definitely hire "Hollister Moving & Storage". The previous owners of a house I bought hired "Hollister Moving & Storage" to move their furniture out. "Hollister Moving & Storage" damaged the ceiling of the house in the process. We opened a claim and they sent one of their drivers to patch the ceiling which made the problem worst leaving a cracked white patch on the ceiling instead of a proper fix.
I tried to support the local team with my move and greatly regret doing so. On the day of the move the team arrived short at least one planned laborer so they quickly found themselves behind schedule. It was a local move, so this led to a late start unloading at the new home. I ended up having to help unload and they still worked well past midnight. The team did not use any protective coverings, so there wasn't a corner or doorframe that wasn't scratched or needed repainting.
Definitely would not recommend this company. We spent over 20K to have our furniture moved to North Carolina. We had some family antiques ( Grandfather clock, antique chair) that we had them pack as we were told they would be responsible for any damage if they packed it. The items were not securely packed and were destroyed. We followed their procedure and filled out insurance claims. We never received any contact from the insurance company and finally gave up.
Very rude phone Lady. Carl seemed very genuine when coming to do quote but Patty or whoever it is answering phones is just extremely rude. I had to cancel because everytime i called she filled me with her attitude. Makes this company seem bad since she is the first person we talk to. It is sad because owner seems very genuine. She just didnt seem to want to listen to what I had to say every single time
drivers are untrained. Large semi style truck merged into me making me swerve off the road almost driving right into another truck. I called just tp warn the owner & the receptionist turned to her feelings, called me a liar and hung up.
Horrible company lost part of furniture one excuse after another this was an elderly adult they took advantage of and it’s unacceptable. Do not use this company
Don’t use this company. We paid 8k and could not get service delivery in CA. The service is honestly like they pay me for the business.

We recently used the team for phase 1 of our local move. Our items will be held in storage for a few months (phase 2) so I will review again once those are received (phase 3.) We hired the company for 2 days to move out all belongings from my large home of 42 years. It was a lot for anyone to deal with, and Hollister Moving and Storage got the job done! They were here working late into the second day with a team of 5-6 men.

Hollister Moving was recommended to us by our realtor and I was a little skeptical because of a few bad reviews but our realtor said she has always had good reviews from others she recommended so we gave them a shot. Carl came out and went over our house and gave us plenty of packing tips since we are packing ourselves to save money. The estimate came in close to the other one I got and I went with it.
