Avoid this moving company at ALL COSTS. This was absolutely the worst moving experience I've ever had. They lie about the price and there is a lot of extra costs they said is covered, mainly protecting furniture. They'll just toss it all in the back of a filthy truck unless you pay extra for each piece. If you choose to pay extra, it's horribly wrapped in thin plastic wrapped and gets ruined anyways. Every appliance they moved now has LARGE scratches and they broke our marble table.

Overall did a good job moving my stuff. The movers were nice. It did seem like they were really taking their time to reach the three hour minimum, as they took 2.5 hrs to move out 8 items. They also had to reschedule my time two days prior to the move despite me booking weeks before, and were still a half hour late. All of that was incredibly frustrating. After calling multiple times, I was not charged for an hour of the move time. Pricing was much more competitive compared to other companies I looked at.

We had a really challenging job. We needed to move a huge three door commercial cooler from Plano to Schaumburg. It wasn’t just a regular move. The team had to take the doors off, carefully get the cooler out of the building, load it onto the truck, transport it safely, and put everything back together. Honestly, they made the whole process look easy. Everything was done so fast, so professionally, and with so much care. You can tell these guys know exactly what they’re doing.

Great experience from start to finish. Nick and Sam did an awesome job. They were professional, careful with all of our stuff, and worked quickly without rushing.
