QST MOVERS LLC

Recently used QST and will never be using them again. There were only two movers that showed up. The two were very disorganized and worked slowly. They dropped items of ours and caused damage to furniture and clearly did not come with appropriate equipment.we were promised wardrobe boxes for clothes and they had two dirty disintegrating cardboard boxes held together by plastic wrap. I ended up helping move a lot of items despite having hired this company to move our things.

AVOID A HEADACHE! If we could rate them 0/5 we would. We hired them to move 2 table. 2 guys showed up totally unprepared, damaged both tables—one beyond repair—and left the other covered in scratches. To make matters worse, one of them laughed and brushed it off, saying, “It’s just ikea furniture.” Absolutely unacceptable. We chose them because of their good reviews, but this was a massive disappointment. Completely unprofessional and careless. Avoid at all cost!

My husband and I were told 1600 dollars. I asked if any hidden fees or upcharges. I was told no. We were charged 2400. My husband even put all boxes in garage for easy loading. The workers themselves were wonderful. Put 800 more is ridiculous. I would not recommend. Get it in writing!! I personally would go somewhere else! Scammers

After the reply. I'm putting the entire story out there. I have decided to give them one star instead of 2 simply for lying. Yes, the move went OK. That was not the issue. I had someone at my home to supervise the move for me since I was somewhere else and when the move done they quoted $900 that had to be paid and thats including the deposit. I was never quoted that amount. Since the price was so high my sister called me to make sure the price was accurate. I told her no.

The guys were great, moved our stuff even though the wrong size truck was sent! I am changing my review, not on the movers, but on the company itself! I told them what I had to move (including 3 large toolboxes) one is over 2,000lbs then my bedroom set, dressers, a large hutch, a buffet and tv stand, 15 totes and 12 large boxes, I spoke to qst movers the day before when I noticed they were sending a 15' truck so they changed it to a 20' and added an extra man, the 3 guys get there with a 15' truck and no lift, no…

The worst moving service you could pay for. They aren’t transparent. They do not care. Everything on their website is false information. They do everything over the phone so that there isn’t a paper trail. They won’t refund you any money for damaged items. You can ask multiple times, but they will never send you the “form”. They will sign documents for you without your consent. Do not trust these people. DO NOT. They offered me a refund. NEVER GOT IT. They offered to send me a claim form for my damaged items.

I can say the crew was on time ( gold star). The apartment was all packed and ready to go. The crew moved very slow. The company is truly misleading with their quote. What’s the definition of travel time? I shouldn’t be charged with you coming to my resident. I should be charged for picking up my property, transporting my property (travel time), and placing my property into the next residence. I want from $600.00 to $1200.00 Never again. I will scream from the mountain tops. Don’t hire this company.
