In their own words
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Home Love Movers promises to be “quick and affordable” but that was the complete opposite of our experience. We hired them to move us from a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Emeryville to Walnut Creek. Over the phone we were quoted a $189 truck fee and $189/hr, but after booking we received an invoice with an additional 12% surcharge that was never mentioned. They say that they don’t charge mileage like other companies, so it’s unclear what this surcharge actually covers.
Damaged a ton of my furniture and only offered a minimal discount. They charge 11% surcharge for the packing materials that didn’t even protect my furniture. Once I paid they stopped responding to my messages about more damages. Also never received an itemized receipt they promised. $2K to move a 1200 sqft home, me and a friend helped… and that price is after my “damage discount”
I am not okay with the spamming. This company would find out the property is sold then got your phone number; then the non-stop spamming would start. I've got 10 texts from this company in 1 month. Based on other reviews, they are again going to lie that the customers submitted the contact info to justify this spamming. That is absolutely not true. I have never heard of this company and I will never hire this company either.

I am so happy this company sent me a promotional text message once I sold my house. They made the process extremely easy to book a reservation. I did not want to have to call multiple moving companies and get multiple quotes, that process is extremely time consuming. The fact that HomeLove movers reached out to me via text message made everything so much easier for me and my family I hired them to help me move from Dublin to Sacramento.

Home home love movers is the best moving company in the world! I am so glad I hired this company. Their entire staff is extremely kind, understanding, and efficient. From the very first phone call I made to their office to get a free price quote all the way to them sending the moving crew to my house to service my move. Everything was perfect. Their quote was accurate and affordable. And the movers that arrived to my house were extremely hard working and efficient.
