In their own words
They showed up late. They came with a medium sized truck, the first truckload took 5 hours, the second truckload, only 1/3 full, took another 5.5 hours. They activately slowed down to take more time. I did not have them put anything back together, and even broke down some items for them myself. Over the following week, I had to transport about 5 full carloads of my things that were left behind. I gave a fair tip for how much time they wasted, and they were aggressive about demanding more in a tip.
don't trust all the 5-star reviews, they ask you to do it in front of them and take a photo of your review. they're okay: fast but barely understand English. I asked them multiple times to wrap a fragile item in a specific way, they nodded but did not do it. "tips" are not optional: one of the guys that literally pulled out the calculator on his phone, and asked for a specific number. edit: dropped the rating to 2-stars based on the unprofessional owner response below..

The chunkier dude was pretty rude and scratched up my new flooring by being careless. He seemed pretty lazy the lighter one was professional and hard working. My dresser was cracked and my belongings were placed in different drawers which meant they went through my things. Unsatisfied with my Whole experience with this company smh don’t bother. Pricing was reasonable but you get what you pay for. Horrible service…
NO STARS ! ( site made me put one star to post ) for this company. The movers showed up unable to speak any english and made it very hard to direct or communicate with them. They broke my mother's jade plant, didn't connect my couch, and …
They did decent moving work. But the company said tips were entirely optional, but the movers forced us to pay them an extra $20 an hour. We were already paying a tip but they pushed for more.

Used them for a second time they pressure tips when it’s not recommended I gave 80 dollar tip and guy says 100 ungrateful . Will be last time I use them ever avoid them at all cost

Lee and Hao were very professional. They were on time and efficient. They went above and beyond, helping us both with packing and placement of furniture items. The process did not feel rushed at all, and completed in a reasonable time.
