I bought my first Steinway grand piano at Hong's Piano House. I am very happy because the piano is very high with a great price. I bought it in Ottawa without going to Toronto to see the piano in person. This is due to Roger's patient and detailed answers during the consultation. The after-sales service is also very responsible and responds quickly. The long-distance transportation and piano installation are very professional.

Overall amazing experience with Roger and team at Hong’s Piano. Purchased a used Kawai US-95 upright from Hong’s Piano in early 2024. I’ve played piano since I was a kid and was buying a piano for myself as well as my young kids to learn on. Roger was fantastic, working with me to figure out what type of piano I was looking for (as I was not up to speed on makes/models) and helping me find the perfect piano at his shop.
