In their own words
I had an excellent experience with the delivery and assembly service. The team (Youssef) was punctual, professional, and extremely efficient. They handled everything with great care ensuring my order arrived in perfect condition. The assembly process was smooth and well organized. The staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to set everything up properly. Also making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Overall I am very impressed with both service delivery and assembly.
Ordered a desk from Rove Concepts, that was assembled and delivered by IMoving. From the delivery coordination to the actual delivery and set up, everything was 5 stars. They communicated window of time the day before, the day of they texted and called with an update within the window. The delivery and assembly was handled professionally, with them removing all packaging outside and making sure the floors inside were protected as they assembled. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up as they left.
I wholeheartedly endorse this company for their outstanding service. After experiencing significant delays with another furniture provider, I found myself quite frustrated. However, the delivery team, especially Aimen, transformed my experience through their professionalism and kindness. They executed the delivery with remarkable care and efficiency, alleviating my concerns and making the situation much more manageable. I genuinely appreciate their exceptional work and wish the company continued success.
Youssef from imoving arrived today with our dining table and chairs delivery from Rove Concept! He was super professional and really kind, helping us move a massive and heavy dining table all the way into our dining room. He also showed us how to assemble the chairs super quickly. You can definitely trust imoving for your heavy-duty furniture needs! Thank you
