The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Arturo and his partner did a fantastic, above and beyond job on helping us haul stuff from a one bedroom unit in Carmel Valley to the dump. He was communicative ahead of the job (I was so worried he wouldn't show up because I'd never worked with him before -- nothing at all to worry about there!!!) and showed up on time. They took more of our trash than we'd originally asked and been quoted on.
They are so kind, thorough, and fast! They always reply quickly for setting up a quote or appointment. They have done a huge yard job for us, moving services, and a dump run. They have nice equipment and machinery to make your hopes a reality. You won't be disappointed!
They were professional, careful with our things and very fair priced. Would call on Imperial Hauling Services again.
Arturo and his partner blew us away with their professionalism. We had some really heavy stuff that needed to be moved up and down stairs. They had the equipment and strength and knew how to use it. Good rates that are very competitive. Arturo’s communication and demeanor are super pleasant and clear. Job well done, and our backs saved! We are so grateful !
