Very rude and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend them at all. Just go there and you will likely understand what I mean.
Mr Currier, I am sorry that our staff was unable to provide you with the information you requested. Our customers' privacy is important to us, and we simply do not give out information about our customer's lockers without their prior consent.
Would not give a Credit for giving us a faulty truck. There appears to be a management change and its for the worst. Horrible customer service! We got a truck from them to move our items and it was defective, so much so that drivwrs were waving my brother to pull off the highway. Had to pullover multiple times which added over an hour to the trip but they still charged FULL PRICE.

If you have items that need storage look no further than Imperial Self Storage in Port Coquitlam! I've been a client there for 3 years and have never encountered a problem. The place is very clean and well maintained. The added security gate shows that they truly want to protect your belongings. Shelly and the front office staff are exceptionally well informed professionals and always greet clients with a smile and friendly banter. If I could give this company a 10 star rating I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
Looking for good storage space, then look no further than Imperial storage! I have been with them for 4 years since leaving Canada. The site is super clean, warm and my goods are in the same condition I left them. I now need to clear my lockers. Which was so full that I could really move in it. A shout out to Shelley who was amazing and provided me with the best solution to clear my jam packed locker, giving me space to organise myself. It meant a lot to me. Thanks so much Shelley. I researched all the storage places in Port Coquitlam. The prices are all comparable but this location is excellent. Central with low traffic. The major difference is the customer service. It is outstanding. They are super helpful. They actually welcome you to call if you have any questions or need anything. Plus it's easy in and easy out to get your belongings. Love it! A+++++
