Used this company 13 years ago and I (literally) still have stress dreams about it. Writing this review now because I just talked to two unrelated people this week who've used them recently and had absolutely awful experiences. Have heard of dozens of others over the years. Late, broken stuff, damaged houses,, final costs doubled from quotes, owner is aggressively rude...and ZERO responsibility for their mistakes. I have no idea how this business is still operating.
ZERO EXPERTISE, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO CARES - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I used this company to move literally 2 mins from one place to the other. My husband and his friend moved all of our items outside on to our lawn in 25 mins because the movers were late (our original place was 500 sq ft - we didnt have many items and no appliances, only large items were 1 couch and 1 bed that is a platform style and only has a mattress.
They were excellent when I moved into a suite about 6 months ago and I would have happily referred them to others, but the move out of the suite 3 weeks ago was the polar opposite experience. - They showed up in Langford with a truck with no ramp and had to go back to Esquimalt for another truck, resulting in a 2 hour delay. - One mover was was visibly sick (puking on my neighbor's lawn) and the other eventually started badly limping due to a knee problem. They were going SLOW.
Use another company, these guys are unprofessional and inefficient. Update: initially wanted to leave a concise review and have no interest in speaking to these guys, after the initial phone call I had with their unprofessional supervisor, who basically called my team liars when I said they left a mess of stuff and declined to take up the stairs to labelled location.

Alex gagondeep and Paul broke my front door when we could have gone through the back deck double doors that open twice as wide. and then when I told their company the next available business day they said that i didn’t mention it the day of the move so because of “transparency” there’s nothing they can do i wouldn’t let this company move my dog.
They showed up late, damaged to wooden items and broke an expensive piece of ceramic (zero accountability). The driver, although getting paid just stood around talking and picking on his colleague; I didn't see him lift a finger. I would never recommend this company. In fact I warn anyone asking about movers to avoid them.
Used their service in 2024 and they showed up 45 minutes late, then dropped one of my boxes of dishware (effectively breaking multiple items). After everything, they asked for a generous tip (for doing their job? Also breaking my things?) Not gonna hire this company again...
We moved Feb 13-14 between Nanaimo and Victoria. The guys showed up on time and seemed fine, but I noticed 4 hours later only a handful of boxes had made it into the truck. Seemed like one guy was doing all the work while the other guy just …

From start to finish, this moving experience was fantastic. The team of movers, Paul Q., Ishant, and Bert, were absolute professionals. Paul and Jaspreet did a marvelous job moving my belongings. Their humour lightened the stress of moving. They were very flexible about changes being made to the inventory.
