I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during the recent move of my Cannon gun safe. While the individual employees were professional and kind, the logistical failures and safety hazards I witnessed were unacceptable. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were a no show TWICE, would not answer our calls to find out when they would be there, and then blocked our numbers. If they can't even communicate with their clients, why should they be trusted to move something that costs thousands of dollars? We spent hours, two days in a row, waiting for them to show up and they didn't even have the decency to let us know that they weren't coming. A bs excuse would have been better than radio silence.
I can’t imagine a worse moving experience. Not only was our move (August 2025) rescheduled multiple times, the movers damaged the wall of my home during the move. We scheduled with them to complete repairs, but they did literally not show up - not once, but TWICE. At that point, our house had been sold and we had to vacate, and had to pay $300 in damages to the new owners. It took ALMOST SIX MONTHS to recoup damages, which I finally received today. And they only paid us half.

These guys are garbage and shady. Called them and the guy put me in touch with his "Cousin" in Omaha Nebraska. Scheduled our safe to be picked up on a Saturday at 9am. Did not hear anything at all from them until I called them after 10 am. He said he couldn't get a hold of his guys that should have been there and that he would call us back.
This company is about the most unorganized company i have ever delt with. I reached out to them got a quote, I accepted the quote, and planned on the move date.Then two days later I get a call form another lady asking all the same questions i had already answered. She said she will get me a quote and call me back. 2 days later no call. So i called her back. She said she had not heard from the crew.the next day she calls back and tells me the movers are unavailable.
Hey we really apologize as we have undergone reconstruction of our systems as this is not a reflection of how we do business. We are diligently working to improve our systems as we change over so no other prospecting Customer has such a poor experience with us we are truly apologize.
Terrible communication and when they did finally get out to move my safe they decided they couldn't... knowing the full details of what I needed with pictures and all. Complete waist of time. Do yourself a favor and head over to ***"NICK OF TIME MOVING"*** they moved my large safe after 4 other companies turned it down. You'll thank me later!
this is a fake review left by a competitor this should tell you all that we need to know about there service please beware of nick of time they use 3rd party movers and we often have to go behind there work to do the job correctly
They damaged my gun safe during moving. They didn't try and protect it at all. No foam, no cardboard, just ratchet straps on the paint. After seeing the damage they did moving it at my old house I had them just drop it in the driveway at my new place so they wouldn't damage more.

These guys did a great job helping to demolish and remove my vault door and high security safes on a project they were fast and answered the phone everytime I called I will be using them for all my projects going forward
The process was easy, the guys worked hard, they moved the safe to exactly where I wanted it, without any damage. I just wish that there was better communication about what time they were going to be there.

After reaching out to several demolition companies, I found Ingram Bros. They were extremely helpful and professional in my experience with them. Though I did not use them for this project, I was very impressed with the experience I had.
