Their team was moving in another person in our community and they were incredibly rude to everyone who interacted with them. Improperly parked out front of the building, sticking out into the main driveway. After management asked them not to pile up everything in the lobby they continued, and refused to wear masks citing health reasons, even though they're all perfectly fine to move heavy furniture... would not use them to move myself.
We had a terrible experience with Inmove company. It was a Friday and the moving people were scheduled to arrive between 12-3 in the afternoon. We were told by the move coordinator Justine that the earlier shift for these guys was delayed …

If you are on the fence about moving companies, I would not hesitate to recommend InMove. It’s so rare these days to have a vendor communicate promptly and frequently about scheduling, arrival times, etc. but they did it flawlessly. The work done to move my safe was meticulous, Skylar is a textbook example of what customer service used to be: genuine, responsive, careful, and pro-active. If only I could clone the experience and take it with me to my doctor, my car service, my everything.

After thoroughly researching local movers in the Seattle area to move from Capitol Hill to West Seattle, we went with InMove. They were definitely good, but I wouldn't say phenomenal. The good: - Their staff did a video walkthrough with us before we signed, so they were able to accurately estimate exactly how long it would take and how many boxes we'd likely have with a list of what needed to be moved. They were pretty dead on. - These guys are fast.
