I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. During our move, they damaged our floor, and the worst part is they never said a word about it. We only found out because my parents noticed the damage afterward — the movers clearly tried to hide it instead of being honest. We filed a claim right away, but it’s now been over a week with zero updates. They’ve been ignoring my calls, not responding, and providing absolutely no communication or accountability.

***Do Not Use This Moving Company*** I’m currently in a frustrating situation with this moving company, and I want to share my experience to help others. My belongings were picked up by them on March 5, and it’s now March 19, but I still haven't received my items. The only updates I’ve gotten since then have been unhelpful, stating, “we don’t have a date for you yet.” I have dealt with Danielle mainly.
I won't use them again. I communicated very effectively, was crystal clear with a very straightforward move - 24 large identical boxes - I sent pictures, gave them dimensions, and told them that I'd meet them at their office or drop off location with cash because they offer a cash discount. Day of the move, I find out that they need to make more than one trip, and I accept that they just couldn't do it in a single truck, even though that's what was communicated.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I've ever had. The pickup went smoothly, aside from a minor miscommunication (which I can own up to), but everything after that has been a complete disaster. First, I was baffled to learn that the preparation for delivery didn't start until the date listed as "first date available" on my form. Why would you wait until then to even begin? Then, the lack of communication was staggering.

I had a really bad experience and won’t be using them again. Keep in mind that when you book you may be paying for travel from their furthest office to your location. We had to pay 2.5 hours extra ($375) because of their movers were coming from Woodinville and traffic was bad. Their Renton office was only 20 minutes away. Wish I would’ve booked with another company.

Dear Sean, thank you for your feedback. Sorry about the miscommunication part, we have tried our best to fit the sofa thru that door however the physics were stacked against us. While movers asked what is the next step we need to take, they were told to put it in the back porch. We did just that.
