They were the worst moving company I've personally hired. I was referred to a different company by my brother and I thought that was who I contacted, as it turned out Wise Choice had bought out that company. They did not tell me when I called the phone number for the old company either. I told the Manager my brother referred us to them and he didn't disclose it wasn't actually the same team. Crew was 1 hour late, after 2 hours of work they took a 1 hour lunch.
Do not hire Wise Choice Movers. More like WRONG choice! I used them for my expensive Restoration Hardware furniture and they broke every concrete item. Entire chunks and corner of my main table broke off. They wont resolve it to my satisfaction. I didnt see the damage till after they left. The owners wouldnt discount the day, refund the huge tip I gave, or pay to repair the table. They strung me on for weeks saying they were going to make it right. Their offers have been dismal.

Stripped out 15 of our bed screws when reassembling our bed then lied for a month saying they would come fix it. They said they would come at X time/day and then "no showed" multiple times. I finally just took the bed apart and fixed it myself. Then Brandon said he would reimburse me for my time and of course lied about that as well. We paid top dollar and tipped these movers very well and were treated terribly. I would not recommend these movers!

I have several issues with Wise Choice Movers, but I'll start with the positives: the crew were nice guys; they were polite, hardworking, and on time. That's why this is 2 stars instead of 1. My real complaints are with the owner, the foreman, and the planning behind the move. **Wasted time on the clock.** The owner (Shane) correctly recommended two trucks for my move, but the foreman (Pete) only let himself load the first truck.
I was driving on my way home from work on Filbert road towards Lynnwood at 5:56pm when the driver of their van (license plate C26490L) decided not to merge and almost forced me off the road. I was ahead, but not driving aggressively and had my turn signal on well before the merge and the driver decided they didn't want to merge nicely like all the other traffic around us. I would not trust these movers to move anything safely.
Its unfortunate that this happened to you and had you called it in we could have dealt with the matter quickly. 1 persons actions should not be enough to write negative about an entire company.. we are professional movers and careful drivers.
Quality of work, crew, and communication was great, but the price ended up being 2x what was shared with me for moving a safe. Communicated with Brandon who was nice and professional but grossly underquoted me from the final charge. I'd advise getting a quote in writing first and shopping around to ensure its accurate. Was quoted $500 ($700 at the highest end) and was shocked and disappointed when the bill was over $1,000.

Whoever you hire as drivers should really be more careful. One of your vans went around a round about and didn't yield and almost hit my car. Then they followed really close and intimated us and almost rear-ended us. Then they were the ones …

Marco and William were amazing. They were so fast and very careful with wrapping my parent's furniture. I don't know what i would have done with out their help of moving the larger items. I recently moved and Wise Choice Movers were highly recommended to me by my property manager and I was very impressed, pleased and more than satisfied with their service. First of all they called me the morning of my move and informed me that they were checking the truck for safety and would be arriving at my property at the time we planned. They arrived exactly on time as they said they would and went straight to work without hesitation.
Exceptional Experience – Hardest Working Crew Ever! I cannot recommend Wise Choice Movers highly enough! Moving is incredibly stressful, but hiring this team was hands-down the best decision we made. We had a massive job: On Whidbey island, moving a three-bedroom house plus a large garage overflowing with tools and outdoor gear. Wise Choice Movers sent a crew of three guys, and honestly, I was initially a bit nervous that three people wouldn't be enough for the sheer volume of stuff we had.
We hired Wise Choice Movers to help us empty our storage unit. A 5x10 half full of awkward pieces (for example we own a kiln) and heavy boxes. Vince and Corbin were the two guys who worked our move on a late Sunday afternoon and not only did they load up quickly at the storage unit, they unloaded quickly at the house. The entire time they were friendly and funny and made the entire move so easy. Even when the conversation strayed into the emotional reason for the move they were compassionate and genuinely kind.
