IF YOU ARE MILITARY AND ARE ASSIGNED THIS COMPANY FOR A PCS MOVE PLEASE CONTACT TMO AND REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR THINGS AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU AND YOUR THINGS AREN'T WORTH THEIR TIME OR PAYMENT. **update as of 10/02/24, my initial review stands plus added pictures of all my damaged goods for the things that arrived.
Hi Kimberly, I know that you have already spoken to our GM Jon yesterday. Please allow us the time to resolve, we appreciate your patience.
This is hands down the worst experience with Boston movers I have ever had, and I have moved over 10 times. I did not pick these people, and be warned: they are from hell. They are non-responsive unless you ask for "sales" in the phone menu so do that. They have had my property since April 2023. Today is July 23, 2023, and they have now missed 5 delivery dates negotiated by the BBB. I believe I may never see my property again, including my own and my family's original artwork and many heirloom pieces.
Isaac's packed up my storage unit 3.5 years ago. I did not open it until the other day and I was horrified, every single box was collapsed and underneath heavy furniture, even boxes marked fragile. Priceless family heirlooms scratched, compromised, and broken. The complete disregard and lack of care to the point of seeming like they tossed everything in there was horrific. I cannot believe how much we tipped them, we were grateful at the time they could fit us in.
Actually the worst experience I have ever had with moving. I chose this company because of the reviews. I was extremely disappointed. Multiple broken things, multiple missing pieces of furniture, my TV was broken, they broke a bag of rice …
We moved from Boston and put our furniture in belongings in storage. Later had it moved to Washington DC. Our initial move was okay with one lead mover who knew what he was doing and two others who did not. Our experience on the 2nd move …
Hi Bradley, I am so sorry this was your experience with us. I can't find your move in our system. Was this a private move or a move through the military? Please call me at [phone removed] and I will see what I can do to help.
Many of my items were broken upon arrival. Some looked as if they had been ripped apart. Wheels broken off of rolling furniture and altogether missing.
Received all of my stuff damaged and they won’t compensate for it. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

In their own words
From my initial contact to pickup and delivery I could not have asked for a better experience! The office staff was friendly, professional and great communicators. The movers arrived right on time and packed my things quickly and very carefully! Delivery also went quickly and smoothly! As with the office staff, the movers were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process! My experience with Issac's was absolutely PERFECT! My compliments to the entire team. Very well done!
Isaac’s moving services were the importation agent for my international move. Very professional, communicative, easy to get in touch with team. Also, when my move was delivered, the guys called in advance and they were very punctual. Easy. I will definitely hire them for any move.
Great service at a very reasonable price. Isaac's helped me out with my move out, storage for over a year and move in all done professionally by their staff without a single problem. I will for sure use Isaac's for any move related requirement in I have in the future.
Our personal effects were shipped from Europe to the USA by sea. Isaac’s was the nominated moving company in the USA by the movers in Europe to receive the shipment and deliver it to our home. From the time the shipment left Europe, Ms. Zurina, the move coordinator from Isaac’s, was in touch with me by email and phone, keeping me closely updated on the shipment's status. Once it arrived in the US, it was cleared by Isaac’s, and in consultation with me, Ms.
