I wish I could give a 0 star!!! booked a move with Prime for today 12/20/2020. Five days before Christmas only time I could get off to cover other nurses who will be taking time off for the Christmas holiday as they covered me while I had to handle the closing on my house. Confirmed with Prime informed him I would be ready the day of the move called him the day prior to confirm ETA of crew etc.
WORST customer service ever!!! Made an appointment for an in home estimate and 25mins after the agreed upon time, no one showed up, no phone call, no text. I called and got voice mail so I canceled the appointment. Then got a text saying he would be there in 20mins and got nothing but excuses. So unprofessional!!!
I didn't use their service but did watch one of their drivers drive incredibly unsafe. He was speeding in a straight truck as well as cutting multiple cars off and not using a blinker. I did try to call and report him but the number was busy. Edited to add after business response: I called on 8/7 at 5:18 pm and the truck matched the picture on your site. It was your company. No need for me to call. You have the date and time and the road was 495 south. Talk to your driver.

Purchased a sectional set from Costco that Costco had contracted to Prime Home Delivery to deliver. They’re holding the sectional set in their warehouse for over three weeks because they cannot find enough customers to deliver in our area. If you need something delivered, do not use these folks.

If you want to deal with belligerent women with NASTY attitudes, this is the company for you. They don't seem to comprehend the absolute basics of customer service, AT ALL.

I recently used Prime Home Delivery for a long-distance move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The moving team was fantastic, polite, careful with my belongings, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything professionally and made a stressful process much smoother. They arrived exactly on time on both ends of the move (pickup and delivery), which was a huge relief. Their reliability was top-notch. Communication was excellent throughout.
Just had these guys deliver my son's mattress, and 10/10. The two delivery guys were beyond kind. They saw my kid take his shoes off before coming in the house and they removed their shoes (I STILL have to yell at friends about the that)! They were super careful as well. It is just the smallest gestures that are generally unnoticeable that I really appreciate. Would 100% use again, and I'll recommend them to anyone. Just amazing company.
We recently had a mattress delivered to our home by Prime Home delivery. Throughout the communication was exceptional, the delivery team arrived at the time indicated despite a snow storm. The two men were highly professional, even taking their shoes off outside as it was a wet day. I would highly recommend this delivery service for efficient, professional service.
Prime Home Delivery made the entire moving process so much easier. They arrived on time, were courteous, professional and worked efficiently. All of our boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous items were delivered in excellent condition with no damage. I would use this moving company again and would recommend them for all of your moving needs.
