The sales associate Thomas williams is the most disrespectful and ignorant person I have ever encountered in my life. Will never use these services.
Overall experience well below expectations. Pros: they were punctual and polite. Cons: They game for an estimate a few days before and calculated the full move to cost about $2350. The person who did the estimate indicated that we could try to save a good portion of the money if we boxed up and moved some of the items ourselves, like paintings/pictures, clothes, electronics.

Movers did a good job. Unfortunetly the estimate was way off (by almost double) and management didn't want to budge on the final price. Very disappointing for what could've been a great experience.

I recently used New Generation Moving Company and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Thomas and his crew were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They handled everything with care, arrived on time, and made the entire moving process much less stressful than we expected. Their communication was great throughout, and they worked quickly while still being careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company.
Moving is stressful, but this company made an incredibly difficult 3-day move feel manageable from start to finish. Every crew member who came to our home worked hard and treated our belongings with care, but Mike and Ryan truly stood out. Their work ethic was unmatched, and they went above and beyond by staying late on a Friday night to make sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
We used New Generation Moving Company in May and we had an amazing experience! Thomas is the best! He was my main contact before, during, and after the move and he and his team were highly professional, polite, kind, and meticulously payed attention to every detail imaginable! It was a rather large move and warranted 2 full days as 80% of our home was packed up and going to their storage facility and the remaining items to a temporary apartment.
We just had this company empty out our primary bedroom because we are having hardwood flooring installed tomorrow. I called them on Tuesday and spoke with Kurt. He fit us into their schedule for this week to empty the bedroom and then they will return on Friday to put everything back in. I received a text with a 20 minute window of when they were to arrive. The 2 guys who came in were great!! They were friendly, efficient and fit everything from our bedroom into a spare bedroom.
