In their own words
Faulty container allowing unit to become damp, moist and ruin all of our belongings. Baby shadow boxes from newborn to age 5. Couch, mattress, box spring. Multiple home visits to review the unit and being a dehumidifier. Mold damage is irreversible and we have lost out on not only thousands of dollars but items you could not even put a dollar amount on. Units storage insurance policy does not cover any mold damage nor does home owners insurance.
WONT GIVE QUOTES ONLINE AS ADVERTISED . Makes you out in phone number so they can call and sales pitch you for 1/2 hour with upsells. Exhausting!!!
Not sure what you are talking about and I’m sure we never spoke. Have a nice day!

Nothing beats working with a great local business! From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Units Storage. Great pricing, responsive, and just what I needed. The storage container was placed carefully on my property, adjusted to the exact position I wanted. Inside the container looked brand new. Straps and blankets were clean. My goods were moved off site, stored, and returned to me exactly as I left them inside the unit. What a pleasure to have such service during a stressful time like moving.
Thank you James, it was our pleasure...Happy Holidays and all the best in the New Year!!!
Containers were clean well maintained arrival was always on time and so was the pick up, Owner manager is a very polite and responsible person. Pricing is very reasonable. You will not regret utilizing his servoces.
Thanks Mark...glad to help you with your move! Good luck with the next leg of your journey!
We used UNITS Storage to keep our entire house in after a tree fell on it. We had the container for 6 months and at a very reasonable price. Drop offs and pickups are extremely fast. Would highly recommend these guys for any storage needs!
Much appreciated Ryan!
Amazing service! We looked everywhere for a company that could drop off and pick up on short notice and was affordable. The Units team as nothing but accommodating to us even when we needed to access our unit at the storage area. The system they use to deliver the unit is awesome. The unit can be moved around in any direction and brought into smaller spaces (unlike a Pod that requires a ton of space to deliver.
Thank you Josh, so glad we could help! Have a great new year!
