As a professional moving company we tend to have full control over the complete satisfaction of our customers and as such we are eager to resolve any and all issues that arise when we hear of a service situation that has not lived up to our high expectations.
Will Hunting quoted me $2,100 to move a 1-bedroom apartment across the street. I can literally SEE the new building from my current window. For that price, I assumed my couch was being relocated by helicopter. Meanwhile, Piece of Cake Movers and Intense Movers both quoted me under $900. Impressive confidence. Unfortunately, not an impressive quote.
I was charged over 3,000 more than my original statement. I was told my entire move would cost 2,000 for a single bedroom apartment, after the move was over I was given a bill of 4,500$. This is absolutely ridiculous and I was given a 250$ discount as if that does anything on a 4,500$ bill. I would not recommend and will not be using again.
Unfortunately this review was not meant for us, based on your past reviews, you are in California and used a different and unaffiliated mover. We are sorry about your experience with them however we would appreciate it if you took this review down and searched for the actual company in LA. Thanks.

Five stars for JB Moving! They have done two outstanding jobs for us and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the estimate visit, through the admin/scheduling support, to the moves themselves, everyone was responsive, high-integrity, and made us feel like our move was their only job. The teams who did the moves were on time, efficient but also careful with our stuff, and professional. I highly recommend them!

My firm used JB Moving to relocate our office. We anticipated a two-day nightmare. JB Movers completed the move in 1 day. Not only did they move us, but they also helped us get our new office set up exactly how we wanted it and went further than agreed and hung TVs for us as well. Not a single item missing or broken, the entire crew was pleasant, professional and courteous. Best of all the entire job came in under budget! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've used JB Moving twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, their team is efficient, organized, and incredibly helpful. They consistently go out of their way to make the moving process smooth and stress-free. They were very careful with fragile items, laid down tons of protection on the floors, and packed everything safely. Frank was proactive and a pleasure to work with, and Tiago was also friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced.
